In den frühen 50ern wurden Lots für in Port Royal zu unglaublichen 7.500 – 12.000 Dollar verkauft! Musterhäuser waren zwischen 22.000 – 25.000 Dollar zu erwerben. In den 60ern waren die Lotpreise dann schon weiter zwischen 15.000- 30.000 Dollar gestiegen und Einfamilienhäuser lagen zu dieser Zeit zwischen 55.000 – 60.000 Dollar.
