The Naples Area Board of Realtors NABOR has released the newest market statistics and numbers for June 2020. The headline is:

And that obviously for a good reason. Not surprisingly for many of us, who we are in this market for an exceptionally long time, but maybe for some bargain hunters, the Naples Real Estate Market is very stable amid this pandemic. Look at the numbers and details here:

There are lot of prospective buyers in the market looking for a second home, a good investment or a combination of both – like best of both worlds. And there are also many property owners that consider a move to a larger home as family grows or to downsize as kids are out of the house.
