Before she emigrated to Naples, FL in 2015, Alexandra successfully worked as a real estate agent with her own company, Janz Immobilien in Freiburg Germany and the surrounding area. With her company, she was chosen by the business magazine Focus among the top 1000 brokers in Germany for the last 7 years straight! Alex has also received the “Best Property Agents” award from Europe’s largest real estate magazine Bellevue for years.
Her ambition has always been to support other people in achieving their goals, whether as a fitness coach and aerobic trainer or later in the international real estate business. It has always been her goal to achieve the best results for her customers in order to fulfill their needs and dreams. For Alexandra, the customer always comes first and honesty and reliability are a matter of course for them and the milestone of a good partnership.

Juergen not only completed a degree in administrative sciences as a graduate in business administration and worked for many years as a senior government inspector at the state police department in Freiburg in the administration of the State of Baden-Württemberg, but also completed a law degree with both state exams. He is still admitted to practice in Germany and can advise and represent in German law. He has almost 19 years of professional experience as a lawyer representing his clients’ interests. Jürgen has been teaching students at various institutions, including the Villingen Schwenningen Cooperative State University, for over 20 years.
After his wife Alexandra founded her real estate company in Freiburg, he was at her side to provide advice and support. He has had a state license to broker real estate in Florida since 2016, where he and his wife have worked as a team since the same year.
Trained and experienced in representing the interests of his clients and reading and understanding contracts, he of course also manages to always achieve the best for his clients in the real estate business. Since he already advised and supported his wife Alexandra with their real estate office in Germany, he also brings a lot of knowledge and experience into this business, which he can throw to the benefit of his customers. With the decision to emigrate to Florida, he not only acquired a state license as a real estate agent in Florida, but also began to study American law. He has now earned a degree as a Master of Laws in US Law with the “cum laude” award.
