With 760 acres and a grand imagination, Lutgert led a team of architects, land planners and engineers to create one of the first master-planned unit districts in the state of Florida (and the very first in Collier County). Today, the Park Shore community attracts people from all over the world who want to winter in our balmy climate, live luxuriously year-round, or wish to retire in paradise.
