It was time to sell my apartment and move to an assisted living. I already found the appropriate assisted living but unfortunately, no apartment was available at that time. I did not know how to handle the situation at that time. During a consultation with Mrs. Janz, she presented the optimal solution for me. I could already sell my apartment and state as an additional point in the notary agreement that I could stay as a tenant in the apartment for the time until I found a suitable apartment within the assisted living. Due to this I would not have any financial risk and could decide immediately after finding the right apartment. This convinced me and therefore I decided to offer my apartment for sale by Janz Immobilien. A very good decision because everything went very smoothly. My apartment found a buyer really fast at the requested sales price, I stayed as a tenant and was lucky enough to soon find the desired apartment in the assisted living. I therefore was able to safeguard this apartment for me quickly. Without the excellent advice of Mrs. Janz I probably would have not dared to do this step and therefore would have lost the chance to move that fast into assisted living, which is very much demanded.
