Alexandra Janz and Juergen Haeringer did a very efficient job in finding a suitable buyer for our condo in a relatively short period of time. They handled the sale very professionally, were supportive in some aspects of the sale and made sure that after signing the contract that the closing was done in a timely fashion. They also are very knowledgeable in all aspects of real estate transactions and therefore can be recommended to everybody interested in buying or selling property.
