Naples Dog Park

Naples Dog Park
99 Riverside Circle
239-213-7120

The Naples Dog Park spans just under 1.5 acres and has two sections – one for big dogs and one for little dogs. The Palmer House, located in the center of the park, is the perfect place to relax in the shade; there, you’ll find drinking fountains (for dogs and people), and the park is open from dawn to dusk. Before you go, you need to register your dog at the park office or at a community center (the Fleischmann Park Community Center, River Park Community Center, or Norris Community Center). Be sure to bring your dog’s immunization records to register.

Rover Run

Rover Run
1895 Veterans Park Drive
239-252-4682

Located in Veterans Community Park, Rover Run comes complete with a water feature where dogs can drink and splash, a shade gazebo and picnic tables with plenty of people-seating, and separate small- and large-dog areas. There are toys all over the park, and plenty of friends, too – this park is a popular one. You can even use the hose to spray down your pup’s muddy paws before you get in the car with your exhausted four-legged family member.

Baker Park

Baker Park
50 Riverside Circle
239-213-7120

Baker Park has an off-leash dog park with plenty of space for your pup to run and play – and because it’s attached to the park, which includes bike paths, playgrounds, an outdoor fitness facility, kayak launch and a splash pad, you can make a whole day of it. The dog park area is split for small and large dogs so your pooch can have fun with similarly-sized dogs, too.

Golden Gate Paws Park

Golden Gate Paws Park
3300 Santa Barbara Boulevard
239-252-6128

The Golden Gate Paws Park within Golden Gate Community Park is a fun place to romp and play. With two separate areas for large and small dogs, as well as walking trails, a fitness center, a boat ramp and tennis courts, it’s a great place to spend an afternoon.

Bonita Springs Dog Park

Bonita Springs Dog Park
11070 East Terry Street
Bonita Springs
239-992-2556

The Bonita Springs Dog Park – though not in Naples – is one of the best in the area. There are three sections for small, medium and large dogs, and there’s plenty of great company in each. This park is known for having lots of well-behaved visitors, and it has a cleaning station, water fountains, and lots of seating for two-legged chaperones.
