Last year the restaurant dished-up an offering of domestic and imported cheeses, fruits, and a farm-to-table salad bar. Seafood included freshly shucked oysters, snow crab claws and Gulf shrimp. Meats ranged from prime rib and New Zealand lamb chops, to carved ham and seared filet of Covina.
