The local Board of Realtors NABOR has released the newest numbers and facts about the Real Estate Market in the Naples area and made those statistics available to it’s members. We want to share the good news with you.
And those numbers confirm what we had expected following all the conversations and discussions we had with homeowners, customers, experts and colleagues here in Naples. That is that the Real Estate Market in the Naples area is permanently growing; it’s growing whether you look at the month to month statistics or at the quarter to quarter statistics as well as when you look at the year to year numbers.
The slow but continuous increasing numbers indicate a sound growth and show that the reason for the positive trend is not irrational conduct of buyers and lenders as in the years before the big bubble in the 2Ks but that the increase is due to a permanently increasing demand in Real Estate in the Naples area.
On a closer look it shows that the number of sales of condos in particular has increased the most, but single family homes sales also increased by 6%. The median sales price also increased and is now at $ 330,000. At the same time the inventory has slightly increased but the average number of days on market has decreased a little. In conclusion one could say that there were more properties sold for a higher price in a shorter time.
