Coverage under a home warranty can differ with each policy, but generally a warranty may include big-ticket items like your heating and cooling systems, certain electrical components, and plumbing like toilets, sinks, and your garbage disposal.

Set up oversized yard games on open house day to let buyers see that their potential future yard has something for everyone. If you’re selling a condo, populate your balcony with greenery for a verdant look that will show buyers they can enjoy privacy from neighbors on either side!
