Don’t let the kids miss this pre-Halloween candy grab at the Naples Zoo where they can gobble up sweets, be horrified by creepy costumed characters, and enjoy music. As if you needed a reason to stop by Mercato, here’s yet another. Come out to Mercato’s Wine Walk to sip wine from over 14 participating merchants and to enjoy a bite to eat. Dress to impress because there will be a costume contest and prizes will be awarded for most creative, best couple, and best group (although a costume is not required to attend). There will also be an interactive photo booth. Proceeds from the event will go to Hurricane Ian relief efforts via several local charities.

Spooky Fun Halloween Science Kids Show & Cruise

At the Spooky Fun Halloween Science Kids Show & Cruise kids and adults alike can enjoy entertaining and educational Halloween-themed science experiments and demonstrations that are hands-on and oh so “super slimy.” Kids who participate will take home a bag of Halloween candy and a fun experiment! Children are welcome to wear a Halloween costume.

At the end of the show, adults and children will board the M/V Double Sunshine for a sightseeing cruise that starts at the Gordon River and reaches the Gulf. During the cruise travelers may spot eagles and native birds, dolphins, manatee, and other wildlife, as well as gaze at luxurious mansions.

Bring the family out to enjoy a Halloween-themed movie night for two great causes—to raise funds for the Junior Theatre Festival (JTF) team, as well as to collect supplies for victims of Hurricane Ian. You’re encouraged to wear a costume—prizes will be handed out.

Organizers welcome donations of $5 per family to assist in funding the Florida Rep education students’ participation in the upcoming Junior Theatre Festival in January in Atlanta, Georgia. Also, contributions of supplies for victims of the hurricane are welcomed in the way of bottled water, non-perishable foods, toiletries, and gently-used clothing.

There will be a children’s costume contest where prizes will be handed out.
